So our saga with our little man's ears continues. We took him to the ENT appointment on Monday and Dr. Knox said that he still had fluid behind the eardrums, and that without tubes, we are just not ever going to get rid of this problem. So Jackson has been scheduled for surgery Friday morning. Well, late last night and into this morning, Jackson started coughing so bad that I took him to his pediatrician this morning. She said that the fluid from Monday had turned into a major double ear infection. I was really worried that they were going to reschedule his surgery, but with the antibiotics he is starting today, he should be fine for surgery on Friday. So keep us and Jackson in your prayers. We are all ready for this stuff to be done with so Jackson can get back to his healthy, happy self.
