You Asked For It!

I had a couple questions the other day and here are my answers.

Michelle asked, "If you are in the woods alone and a tree falls "Who yelled 4?"

I'm thinking this is a trick question, but I'm gonna have to say that if I'm in the woods alone, and a tree starts to fall, I'm going to be too concerned about getting out of the way so the tree doesn't hit me, so therefore no one would yell 4.

"If you had to choose one TV show to watch--and only one--which one would you pick?"

This was a tough question. My first thought was that I would have to break things down into categories like the Emmy's even though that is kind of cheating. But it's my blog so I guess I can cheat!

Drama: House, Law & Order SVU, CSI Miami,
Comedy: The Office
Reality Show: The Bachelor/Bachelorette, America's Next Top Model, Top Chef, Iron Chef, American Idol, and Project Runway.

I'm going to have to also add a "Reruns" category.

Reruns: Friends, Golden Girls, The Cosby Show, Gilligan's Island, and I Love Lucy.

So the winner in each category is....(Drum Roll Please!!)

Drama: House
Comedy: The Office
Reality Show: The Bachelorette
Reruns: Friends

And the overall winner of the show that I would watch if I could choose only one show to watch would be Friends. I can quote entirely too many episodes. It's rather sad but I love that show, even after all these years. I even cried when the series ended. Apparently I'm pathetic.

And guess what's going on tonight?

I know you are dying from suspense.

Kellyn, Jason, Jeremy and I are all heading to the movies to go see Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. I'm so excited!! It's been 2 years since a HP movie has come out, and I can't wait!! I seriously debated about drawing a lighting bolt on my forehead but Jeremy burst my bubble and told me that I was being silly. Half-Blood Prince was really a turning point for the tone of the books, and was one of my favorite reads in the entire series. If you haven't read the books (or seen the movies), you really should give them a try. They may just surprise you! I'll give an update on the movie later.

And just to follow up on one more thing, The Debate of the Century is over, and I'm pleased to say that iced pop tarts were the clear winner with 86% of the vote!

Does that really surprise anyone other than Jeremy and the other 3 people that voted for plain pop tarts?

Y'all have a great weekend!

I am an iced pop tarts girl, too. The plain ones are boring. : )

I tried to "follow" your blog, but the follower gadget is being ugly. I am the no-name, no picture follower down there, I think.

I would have had to break them up by categories too. But that's because I'm the worlds worst at decided finalities: Favorite song of all time? I'll probably give you five. Same thing with movie and television shows. Ugh, entertainment media!

I can't even tune into The Bachelor/Bachelorette anymore. I was too heart broken after Mesnick was a big jerk and fooled all of America.

My reruns would include Friends too, but also Reba and Gilmore Girls. They make me laugh.

Plain poptarts are still better no matter what the numbers say.

Great answers! I love Friends too--I watched a Thanksgiving episode last night and laughed my head off. :-)

I'm still proudly sticking by the plain pop tarts!!! The icing is too sweet on the others!!! If that's all we have, sometimes I have to put a little butter on the frosted ones to cut the sugar! :-)
