- It's hot as hades outside and I'm still pregnant. I deserve a trophy for carrying Jackson until the middle of August. Clearly me being 5 years older has taken a toll on my ability to function in the summer heat while still growing a human.
- Jeremy and I watched part of the spelling bee on ESPN last night, and we both felt like idiots. Those kids are brilliant, but I'm guessing that their social calendars are pretty empty!
- Today is my last day of work before I go on maternity leave. Apparently the secret to me getting the summer off after my school days is for me to get pregnant. Sadly, I'm pretty sure this will be my last summer vacation!
- My hair is freshly dyed and I've had a pedicure done. I can let myself go into labor at any time now that those crucial things have been taken care of!
- I'm nine months pregnant. It's not like my life is full of anything fun to confess. I'm too sluggish to do anything more taxing than turning my laptop on.
- Speaking of laptop, I'm totally planning on blogging my labor so I expect lots of comments and encouragement. Mmkay?

I can't even imagine trying to be pg during the summer now. As you said..time ticks on. I did the August delivery too, and I really do not know how I survived the heat. I was pg until March with the girl, so if the heater being on in the house bothered me, I could go outside in the cold and feel better. "Hey, what's that fat lady doing outside in a tank top?" Worked for me. : )
OOOH, so excited about your labor. You get induced on Wednesday, right? I'll be there! Loves ya!
