We've Got a Bite on Our House!!!

We had someone come look at our house on Tuesday and we got word from our realtor that she was really pleased with the house. It was the only house out of the 4 for sale in our neighborhood that she really liked. She asked her realtor to come back and take more pictures of our house yesterday and the realtor just called me back and said that her client wants to come back to our house on Monday at noon with her mom to see the house again.

And another realtor just called to say that he is showing our house today.

I'm excited about these prospects. Please keep your fingers crossed for us that our realtor can reel them in!

For Sale

We just put our house on the market and I'm so nervous about it that I feel like I'm going to throw up.

I'm mostly nervous about the thought of strangers walking through my home critiquing every little thing.

And having to keep my house clean all the time.

And keeping Macy outside in this blazing heat.

And having to buy a new house.

Just so you know...
