Last night after watching the results of the Massachusetts Senate race I commented to Jeremy, "I bet Senator Ted Kennedy is rolling over his grave right now!"
My funeral director husband quickly said, "Yeah, you're probably right, but someone couldn't actually roll over in their grave. It just couldn't happen. Besides the obvious fact that they're not living anymore, there's just not enough room to roll over."
Well alrighty then...
Nevertheless, I'm elated! This is HUGE for conservatives. The fact that a seat held by a Democratic icon like Ted Kennedy for 47 years has been taken by a Republican should have every Democrat running for re-election in November shaking in their boots. Senator Brown will probably be the person that stops Obamacare in it's tracks, and I couldn't be happier! I can only imagine how Obama, Pelosi and Reid were feeling last night, but boy would I love to have been a fly on the wall.
Conservative Victory 2010, here we come!!!

Now to see if he can get "seated" before Pelosi pushes for a vote.
I know, right?
And leave it to the funeral director to be a buzzkill. LOL!
Did you tell your hubs that he's a party pooper? LOL
I think this election is just the beginning of things to come. O better watch out!
